Fall 2025 Enrollment Guide
For students continuing from Summer 2025
Here are our Fall 2025 course enrollment recommendations for each level.
The recommendations for current and new students are different, so please ensure you reference the correct guide.
If you are a new student who have not taken classes at Leading Aces Academy before, please refer to our New Student Enrollment Guide instead.
For Current MC 20 Students
- If you have not taken all 3 terms of MC 20, please continue with MC 20. Otherwise, you can continue to MC 30.
- Ensure you're confident with Grade 11 curriculum material if you plan to start MC 30 in September. If you have not learned the material or need a refresher, please take ME 25 in the summer.
- If you cannot score 20+ on the AMC 8, please consider taking MCM 25 (Gauss 7,8 and AMC 8 Practice).
For Current MC 30 Students
- If you have not taken all 3 terms of MC 30, please continue with MC 30. Otherwise, you can continue to MC 40.
- Ensure you're confident with Grade 11 curriculum material if you plan to continue with MC 30 in September. If you have not learned the material or need a refresher, please take ME 25 in the summer.
- Ensure you're confident with Grade 12 Advanced Functions if you plan to start MC 40 in September. If you have not learned the material or need a refresher, please take ME 35 in the summer.
- If you cannot score 100+ on the AMC 10, please consider taking MCM 35 (Early AMC 10, Pascal, Cayley, and Fermat Practice).
- If you're in Grade 8 or above, plan to go to Mc 40 in September, and are solid in math, we recommend CC 10.
For Current MC 40 Students
- If you have not taken all 3 terms of MC 40, please continue with MC 40. Otherwise, you can continue to MC 50.
- Ensure you're confident with Grade 12 Advanced Functions if you plan to continue with MC 40 in September. If you have not learned the material or need a refresher, please take ME 35 in the summer.
- If you are starting MC 50 in September and you do not know AP Calculus BC, please consider also taking MC 45 in September.
- If you cannot score 100+ on the AMC 12, please consider taking MCM 45 (Early AMC 12, Late AMC 10, Early AIME, and Early Math Prize for Girls Practice).
- If you're planning to write the COMC in November, consider taking MPW 45 (Solution Writing for Pre-Olympiad Competitions).
- If you're in Grade 8 or above, we recommend CC 10/20 (see below).
For Current MC 50 Students
- If you have not taken all 3 terms of MC 50, please continue with MC 50. Otherwise, you can continue to MC 60 and/or MO 1.
- If you are going to MO 1, please also take MC 60.
- If you do not know AP Calculus BC, please consider taking ME 45 in September.
- If you're planning to join MO classes in September, we strongly recommend taking MPW 55 (Solution Writing for Olympiad Competitions) during the summer.
- If you cannot score 10+ on AIME or 7+ on MPFG, please consider taking MCM 55 (Late AMC 12, Middle AIME, Middle Math Prize for Girls Practice).
- If you're in Grade 8 or above, we recommend CC 10/20 (see below).
For Current MO 1 Students
- Please proceed to MO 2
- Please make sure to take MO 3 during the summer.
- If you want, you can repeat the components of MO 1 that you have already paid for. It is free.
- If you do not know AP Calculus BC, please consider taking ME 45 in September.
- If you're in Grade 8 or above, we recommend CC 10/20 (see below).
For Current MO 2 Students
- Please proceed to MO 3
- Please make sure to take MO 3 during the summer.
- If you want, you can repeat the components of MO 2 that you have already paid for. It is free.
- If you do not know AP Calculus BC, please consider taking ME 45 in September.
- If you're in Grade 8 or above, we recommend CC 10/20 (see below).
For Current MO 3 Students
- If you want, you can repeat the components of MO 3 that you have already paid for. It is free.

For Summer CC 5 Students
- Please proceed to CC 10 in September.
For Current CC 20 & CC 30 Students
- If you can confidently solve CC 20's problems, please proceed to CC 30. Otherwise, please repeat CC 20.
For New Competitive Coding Students
- You should most likely take CC10.
- If you have exceptional math abilities (EGMO/IMO/10+ on AIME), you can consider starting with CC 20.
